Customized items, accessories, wooden items, and sale products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. To request a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9368899288. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to your Bank Account, UPI ID, or QR payment method within 3 days.
