Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy at MALOOK BIHARI POSHAK EVAM PUJAN VATIKA,

We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. 

Returns:

1. Eligibility: You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) can be returned if it is different from the ordered item or a damaged/defective item has been delivered. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.   An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, accessories, wooden items and sale items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect.

3. Return Process: Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 9368899288 to initiate a return. Our team will verify the request and initiate the return process. The return shipment must be arranged within 7 days after return acceptance.

Refunds:

1.  Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp. The refund amount will be credited to your Bank Account by Payment QR Code or UPI ID.  The refund will be processed to the provided QR/UPI ID Within 3 Days of Return Received.

2.  Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the item is returned in damaged condition or is missing parts, not due to our error.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable, except for cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. After receiving the exchanged item, the replacement parcel will be dispatched within 1–2 working days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and both return and forward shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
