At MALOOK BIHARI POSHAK EVAM PUJAN VATIKA, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and an unboxing video is provided. Customized items, accessories, wooden items, and sale products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. To request a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9368899288. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to your Bank Account, UPI ID, or QR payment method within 3 days. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
